二维Cantor分形光栅衍射特性研究STUDY ON DIFFRACTION CHARACTERISTICS OF TWO-DIMENSIONAL CANTOR FRACTAL GRATING

摘要(Abstract):
近年来分形光栅在光学和材料等领域被广泛应用。本文从理论、仿真、实验三个方面研究了二维Cantor分形光栅衍射的衍射特性。首先根据标量衍射理论推导出光强分布解析表达式。其次基于Python开发了图形化界面用于实验仿真,得到了仿真的衍射花样。最后对制备光栅进行实验,结果表明:实验与仿真所得的衍射花样具有相似性,并与理论推导相符。该文可帮助学生深入理解二维Cantor分形光栅衍射规律,得到的规律在光学和材料等领域也具有一定的应用前景。
