“通信工程+应用物理学”双学士学位复合型人才培养改革与实践REFORM AND PRACTICE IN THE CULTIVATION OF INTERDISCIPLINARY TALENTS WITH DUAL DEGREES IN “COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING AND APPLIED PHYSICS”

摘要(Abstract):
随着信息技术的飞速发展和物理学在现代科技中重要性的日益凸显,信息与通信工程和物理学作为两个关键领域之间的交叉学科,已成为培养交叉复合型人才的重要方向之一。本文从如何培养优秀的理工交叉复合型人才这一问题出发,围绕重庆邮电大学“通信工程+应用物理学”双学士学位项目的建设实践,针对项目建设的若干关键问题展开论述,明确指出加强跨学科资源整合与强化产教、科教融合是培养理工交叉复合型人才的可行路径之一。本文同时阐述了该项目的建设成效与采取的建设举措,为理工交叉复合型人才培养模式改革提供重要的理论和实践参考。
