混班分层式教学在“原子物理”课程中的创新实践INNOVATIVE RESEARCH ON THE HIERARCHICAL TEACHING OF ATOMIC PHYSICS

摘要(Abstract):
在“互联网+教育”的趋势下,线上线下混合的教学模式已经得到了广泛的应用,但依然存在课时紧张,线上平台互动性差,分层式效果不理想等诸多问题。本文以学生为中心,构建线上线下相结合的有效教学模式,探索基于线上平台分层式教学设计的新方法。统计数据显示,随着该教学模式在“原子物理”课程中的实施,学生的线上学习参与度对期末成绩产生了显著的正向影响,分层式教学设计的班级成绩标准偏差度小,及格率更高。研究结果说明该新教学模式可以满足混班学生的学习需求,有效提高教学效果,从而更好地适应“互联网+教育”时代高等教育多元化的需求和变化。
