摘要(Abstract):
基于实现培养大学生创新能力的目标,结合大学物理实验课程实践性的特点,通过对“霍尔效应”实验内容进行改进,在完成载流子浓度测量的基本实验内容基础上,引导学生分别固定I_S改变I_M、固定I_M改变I_S测量霍尔元件的灵敏度,并对两个结果作比较,使学生关注元件灵敏度的影响因素,并通过实验数据加以验证,寻找更适合于本实验参数应用的灵敏度,并通过测量数据研究部分附加电压的影响大小。通过两学期的实践,该设计有利于激发学生的探索意识,进而培养学生分析和解决问题的能力,实现了创新实践能力的提升。
