基于第一性原理的迈克耳孙干涉仪数值仿真研究NUMERICAL SIMULATION STUDY ON MICHELSON INTERFEROMETER BASED ON FIRST-PRINCIPLES

摘要(Abstract):
本文基于第一性原理对迈克耳孙干涉仪进行仿真模拟,研究了干涉条纹的影响因素。仿真模拟表明反射镜和分束镜角度偏转会使干涉条纹在圆形、椭圆和直线之间发生变化,补偿板补偿不充分时干涉条纹会偏离圆形条纹,没有补偿板时干涉条纹随两反射镜距离不同在椭圆、近似直条纹或双曲线之间转化并存在两个临界点,数值仿真结果和实验结果吻合一致。
