经典电动力学理论在激光等离子体相互作用研究中的适用性APPLICABILITY OF CLASSICAL ELECTRODYNAMIC THEORY IN THE STUDY OF LASER-PLASMA INTERACTIONS

摘要(Abstract):
本文通过考察激光等离子体相互作用中电子运动的辐射阻尼,得到了辐射阻尼效应及其量子随机性出现的激光强度阈值。研究表明,对于波长为800nm的线极化激光,当激光强度达到3.55×10~(23)W/cm~2时,辐射阻尼效应会显著影响电子的动力学行为,且量子随机性不容忽视。对于激光强度远低于该阈值的范围,经典电动力学理论对于研究强激光与等离子体相互作用都是适用的,即不需要考虑辐射阻尼效应。本文还讨论了高能电子与激光对撞的情况,此时电子静止系中的相对论增强效应和多普勒频移效应也会导致经典电动力学理论不再适用。
