STEM(科学、技术、工程和数学)教育作为21世纪全球教育改革的核心方向，正在重塑传统教育模式，培养适应未来社会的创新型人才。本文聚焦于香港STEM教育发展中各阶段的战略变化和成功经验，包括更新STEM课程为学生提供优质的学习活动，安排统筹人员助力学校和教师的专业发展，调动社会各界力量为学与教拓宽通道，全方位推进香港STEM教育发展，其中香港资优教育学院和“资优教育计划”在香港STEM教育中更是扮演了重要角色。

STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education, as a central focus of 21st-century global education reform, is reshaping traditional educational models and fostering innovative talents equipped for future society. This paper focuses on the strategic shifts and successful practices across different stages of STEM education development in Hong Kong. These include updating the STEM curriculum to provide students with high-quality learning activities, appointing coordinators to support schools and teachers in their professional development, and engaging various sectors of society to broaden learning and teaching pathways. A comprehensive approach has been taken to advance STEM education in Hong Kong, with institutions such as the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education and the “Gifted Education Program” playing particularly important roles.
