“通信工程+应用物理学”双学士学位复合型人才培养改革与实践

摘要:

随着信息技术的飞速发展和物理学在现代科技中重要性的日益凸显,信息与通信工程和物理学作为两个关键领域之间的交叉学科,已成为培养交叉复合型人才的重要方向之一。本文从如何培养优秀的理工交叉复合型人才这一问题出发,围绕重庆邮电大学“通信工程+应用物理学”双学士学位项目的建设实践,针对项目建设的若干关键问题展开论述,明确指出加强跨学科资源整合与强化产教、科教融合是培养理工交叉复合型人才的可行路径之一。本文同时阐述了该项目的建设成效与采取的建设举措,为理工交叉复合型人才培养模式改革提供重要的理论和实践参考。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of information technology and the increasing importance of physics in modern science and technology, the interdisciplinary field between information and communication engineering and physics has become one of the key directions for cultivating interdisciplinary and compound talents. Starting from the question of how to cultivate outstanding interdisciplinary talents in science and engineering, this paper discusses several key issues in the construction practice of the “Communication Engineering and Applied Physics” Dual Bachelor's Degree program at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. It clearly pointing out that strengthening the integration of interdisciplinary resources and reinforcing the integration of industry-education and science-education are feasible paths for cultivating interdisciplinary compound talents. The paper also elaborates on the construction achievements and measures taken by the program, providing important theoretical and practical references for the reform of the talent training model for interdisciplinary talents in science and engineering.
