基于OBE理念的大学物理课程过程性考核评价策略THE PROCESS ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION STRATEGY OF COLLEGE PHYSICS COURSES BASED ON OBE CONCEPT

摘要(Abstract):
针对大学物理课程传统考核中以终结性评价为主导、能力培养目标达成不足及反馈滞后等问题,本研究基于成果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education,OBE)理念,构建了知识、能力、素养三位一体的动态过程性考核评价体系。通过革新考核理念、反向设计考核目标,创新融合“课前诊断-课中监测-课后检验”三阶段评价机制,并结合线上线下混合式教学模式,全面追踪学生学习轨迹与能力发展动态。制定分层评价标准,引入课堂互动、章节测试、阶段测试、思维导图、主题研讨、小组课题、竞赛成果附加分等多元化考核方式。对2022级、2023级两届学生实施教学实践后发现:学生成绩优秀率(≥80分)较传统考核模式提升27.3个百分点,低分率(≤69分)下降21.6个百分点;过程性考核总分得分率较2022级提升2.5%(2023级达83.4%),课堂互动参与率超过40%,学科竞赛及创新研讨参与率较传统模式增至31.4%。结论表明,该体系显著优化成绩分布结构,强化学生知识迁移与高阶思维能力,协同促进批判性思维、实践创新及团队协作能力的发展。
