基于显色偏振的可视化透明材料应力测量仪EXPLORATION OF A VISUAL STRESS MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENT FOR TRANSPARENT MATERIALS BASED ON CHROMATIC POLARIZATION

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统应力仪可视化程度低、定量分析不足等问题,本文设计了一种基于光弹效应与数字图像处理的可视化应力测量装置。该装置通过偏振光场显现环氧树脂材料的光弹效应,利用软件对干涉图像进行处理,实现了应力分布的可视化重构与定量解析。实验分别测量了受外压的环氧树脂圆盘和悬链线拱桥的应力分布。对于圆盘,实验测得应力值与理论解相对误差小于5%;对于拱桥,实验测得应力分布均匀,验证了悬链线结构在均匀载荷下压力线沿轴线方向的理论特性。本装置兼具应力场动态可视与静态定量分析功能,为工程应力分析与实验教学提供了直观、可靠的工具,适用于本科生物理实验中对复杂结构应力传递路径的观察与研究。
