光纤马赫-曾德传感器研究RESEARCH ON FIBER OPTIC MACH-ZEHNDER SENSORS

摘要(Abstract):
本文设计制作了一种光纤马赫-曾德传感器实验装置,优化设计得到清晰稳定空间干涉条纹。自主设计寻峰算法实现高精度条纹计数,使得在外界有扰动环境下也能精确计数。本实验装置物理思想清晰,物理现象直观,实验内容丰富,学生可通过偏振调节观察清晰的干涉图样,调节半导体温控片温度或压电陶瓷电压观察相位变化对干涉条纹移动的影响,数据采集及处理可以由学生设计算法完成测量。本实验装置结构简单,轻巧紧凑,调节方便,制作成本低,测量准确,可推广应用于大学物理实验教学中。
