以喀什土陶烧制技艺作为大学物理教学案例的探索EXPLORATION OF USING THE FIRING TECHNIQUE OF KASHI EARTHENWARE AS A TEACHING CASE IN COLLEGE PHYSICS

摘要(Abstract):
本文以新疆喀什“维吾尔族模制法土陶烧制技艺”为载体,将地方科技文化遗产转化为大学物理教学资源。通过系统“物理化解构”,提炼出非稳态传热、材料相变、热应力分布和光学呈色等核心物理原理,把传统工艺转化为阐释抽象概念的生动案例。据此构建“原理探究-工艺实践-能力发展”深度融合的教学模式,设置“基础验证→交叉融合→课题攻关”三阶任务:学生借助热仿真、光谱分析等工具,观察现象、定量分析并优化真实工艺,在项目实践中提升科学思维与工程设计或应用能力。实践表明,该教学案例显著加深了学生对物理定律的理解并提升了迁移应用能力,同时自然融入文化自信与工匠精神,实现知识、能力、价值三位一体的育人目标。
