摘要(Abstract):
在国家创新驱动发展战略与高校“双一流”建设背景下,培养全方位的拔尖创新人才是高校的一项重要任务。基于对拔尖人才培养的基本要求,课程组对传统实验教学中存在的问题进行思考与分析,针对性地提出了多维度融创链式人才培养模式,在教学方式、教学内容、创新培养模式及评价体系等方面进行融合创新,以达到物理现象中链式反应的提升效果。相关数据表明学生的综合素养,尤其是创新能力得到较好的提升,同时也反映了该创新人才培养模式的有效性和前沿性。
