AI背景下“半导体物理学”教学改革实践与思考PRACTICE AND THINKING OF TEACHING REFORM OF SEMICONDUCTOR PHYSICS IN AI BACKGROUND

摘要(Abstract):
随着人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术的发展,AI赋能教育已成为推动教育数智化转型的核心驱动力。半导体物理学作为半导体行业人才培养的骨干课程,内容具有抽象、枯燥、知识门槛高等特点。AI的出现给课程的教学带来了机遇与挑战。本文首先分析了AI给教学带来的挑战,包括课堂效率降低、专注度下降、知识不成体系等问题,并基于此探索了AI融合的教学改革路径。结果显示,此次教学改革有助于提高学生学习效果。同时,本文也剖析了当前仍存在的教学痛点,比如AI可能存在信息误导等问题,并对未来AI与教育深度融合发展提出了展望,为半导体物理的教学改革提供参考。
