基于学科竞赛引领“课赛创一体化”应用型创新人才培养模式的探索与实践EXPLORATION AND PRACTICE OF CULTIVATING AN INNOVATIVE TALENTS SYSTEM BASED ON SUBJECT COMPETITION PRACTICE TEACHING CHAIN

摘要(Abstract):
在国家大力实施创新驱动发展战略和积极推进“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下,高校作为人才培养的主阵地,培养具备创新创业能力的应用型人才是高校的根本任务之一。学科竞赛作为应用型创新人才培养的育人载体,在培养学生创新能力、提升其实践操作水平及综合素养等方面发挥着非常重要的作用。本文以石河子大学学科竞赛为例,梳理了当前实践创新人才培养中的问题,提出了学科竞赛引领“课赛创一体化”应用型创新人才培养模式,把学科竞赛作为实践教学的重要组成部分,将课程教学、学科竞赛以及创新创业教育有机融合,构建起相互促进、协同发展的育人新体系,为高校创新人才培养提供有益借鉴。
