半导体物理教学与实践中的知识体验法TEACHING AND PRACTICE OF SEMICONDUCTOR PHYSICS: KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE METHOD

摘要(Abstract):
半导体物理课程概念抽象,物理公式繁多,知识体系庞杂,物理概念和公式难于记忆和灵活应用,导致学生学习难度大、积极性低。针对以上问题,本文提出“化繁为简、化静为动、由点及面、由表及里”的创新教学理念,并以“化知识为体验”为总教学理念,即将课本知识转化为直观的感受和体验,让学生在求知的历程中体会学习的方法和乐趣。该方法改变了传统枯燥单一的教学模式,通过体验式教学,提高学生学习的主动性和独立思考能力,使学生能够更深入地理解并掌握半导体物理知识。为学生将来继续半导体物理学方向的研究与技术开发奠定坚实的基础。
