“基础—实践—创新”的新工科物理实验课程协同育人体系构建CONSTRUCTION OF A “FOUNDATION-PRACTICE-INNOVATION” COLLABORATIVE EDUCATION SYSTEM FOR NEW ENGINEERING PHYSICS EXPERIMENT COURSES

摘要(Abstract):
新工科物理实验课程建设面临传统课程体系中大学生创新意识与能力培养不足、工程实践元素欠缺等困难,需要积极融入科学家和工匠精神提升学生工程素养,构建多样化的人才培养模式,以全面提升学生的卓越创新能力与扎实工程实践素养。实践表明,通过将课程教学、科研训练、产业实践与创新创业竞赛有机整合,形成“基础—实践—创新”一体化的协同育人体系,能够有效破除产学研分离的壁垒,显著提升学生的工程素养、实践能力与创新精神,为新时代背景下工程拔尖创新人才的培育提供了可行的路径与方案。
