基于Seebeck效应的热电模块化教学装置A THERMOELECTRIC MODULAR TEACHING UNIT BASED ON SEEBECK EFFECT

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统热电实验教学存在的内容结构缺失及商用仪器导致的“黑匣子”化问题,本研究研制了一套基于Seebeck效应的模块化教学装置。该系统采用多级热电堆串联结构以增强微弱信号,并结合线性回归方法,实现了多种热电偶Seebeck系数的高精度、可重复测量。测量结果与标准参考值具有良好一致性,验证了装置的可靠性与测量稳定性。基于开放的结构设计和清晰的物理原理,该装置使学生能够围绕信号放大、误差分析及热电物性开展较为系统的探究过程,有助于在实验数据与物理建模之间建立有效联系,为相关课程提供了一个支持探究式学习的可重构实验平台,促进热电实验教学由验证性向探究性转变。
