牧草种子的太赫兹时域光谱测试中影响因素的探究STUDY OF INFLUENCING FACTORS ON THZ-TIME DOMAIN SPECTROMETER TEST OF FORAGE SEEDS

摘要(Abstract):
本文选择肇东苜蓿草种为研究对象,测试分析了牧草种子在进行太赫兹时域光谱(THz-TDS)测试时的影响因素。具体地,量化研究确定了牧草种子制备时烘干去水的时间为8h。此外,在有效太赫兹频段(0~2THz)内的研究结果表明,牧草种子样品的颗粒大小对测试结果产生显著影响:粒径越小,样品的折射率也随之减小。同时,随着样品厚度的增加,透射光谱的强度也依次衰减。不仅如此,样品中不同质量比的聚乙烯不会影响样品的吸收系数,但是在测试的有效频段内对折射率的影响保持一定的规律性。这项研究不仅可以优化太赫兹实验测试,减少实验的偶然误差,提高测试的精度。更重要的是,为太赫兹牧草品种鉴定的批量测试奠定基础,为草种鉴别数据库建立提供准确的实验基础。
