基于光功率响应的塞贝克效应实验仪的设计与实现DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SEEBECK EFFECT EXPERIMENTAL INSTRUMENT BASED ON OPTICAL RADIATION

摘要(Abstract):
本工作以大功率激光为热源,薄膜热电堆为转换部件,在不同的导热介质上探测合金的塞贝克效应。实验仪的核心传感器以硅为光吸收层,基底为热传导层,合金热电堆为热电转换层,结构紧凑,信噪比高。利用LABVIEW软件自主编写程序实现温度信号和电压信号的实时可视化并计算热电堆的塞贝克系数。软件可在时间维度上显示热信号和电信号的变化从而比较不同基底的导热性能。通过测量不同功率激光对应的稳态电信号,可以验证功率电压的线性关系,也因此本实验仪可用于激光功率的测量。本实验测量快捷简便,结果准确。学生不仅能够动手操作,也能够通过数据处理学习热电相关理论及激光功率测量的相关技术。
