利用互感原理设计非接触式位移监测装置的实验研究EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF A NON-CONTACTED DISPLACEMENT MONITORING IN APPLICATION OF THE MUTUAL INDUCTANCE PRINCIPLE

摘要(Abstract):
根据互感原理设计并搭建了一套非接触式的位移监测装置,通过差动变压器的形式进行装置搭建,根据位移检测模块将位移量转换为电压输出,利用整流滤波模块、信号放大模块对位移进行转化,最终控制单片机将位移输出显示。之后针对单片机读数以及位移量进行了数据测试,测量结果显示误差范围符合大学物理实验的要求,证明了该装置具有良好的精确度。该装置可应用到对植物的生长状况检测以及物体质量等的监测中,说明该研究具有很好的实用性。
