摘要(Abstract):
STEM教育在跨学科创新型人才培养方面成效显著,而物理学在STEM教育中具备学科整合优势,培养物理师范生跨学科教学能力符合新时代人才强国战略和基础教育实践需要。论文依据STEM教师能力指标体系,对六所部属师范大学物理专业人才培养方案中的培养目标和课程体系进行分析,发现六所大学均注重培养物理师范生专业基础以及教育教学基本能力,但课程的跨学科整合性不足,实践类课程有所欠缺,不利于培养师范生的跨学科教学能力。在此基础上对师范生培养提出相应建议,以期对构建适应基础教育跨学科实践需求的高等师范专业培养方案提供借鉴。
