实验室固体纵波幅值温变特性研究A RESEARCH ON TEMPERATURE-DEPENDENT CHARACTERISTICS OF SOLID LONGITUDINAL WAVE AMPLITUDE IN THE LABORATORY

摘要(Abstract):
利用超声衰减特性对材料进行无损检测具有重要意义,但当系统温度变化时由于受到诸多因素影响,超声幅值检测存在较大的误差。为了较为准确地研究纵波幅值温变特性,本文设计了一套利用温差热电偶测量样品温度,且在试样温度变化时,仍能使探头温度保持相对稳定和两端压力恒定的装置,在确保各种实验操作细节的基础上,研究温度对探头性能的影响,并得出了固体中超声纵波衰减随着温度的升高而增大的实验结论。
