大功率LED结温与器件表面温度关系的研究A STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE JUNCTION TEMPERATURE AND SURFACE TEMPERATURE OF HIGH POWER LED

摘要(Abstract):
本文利用东南大学自主研发的LED热学特性实验仪,通过脉冲电流法对常见的大功率白光LED灯珠的结温和器件表面温度进行了测量,深入研究了LED灯在升温和降温过程中温度的变化规律,并给出了结温和表面温度的定量关系。一方面,该工作对工程技术领域中的相关研究有一定的实际意义;另一方面,该课题实验内容能帮助学生理解与PN结和LED相关的物理概念和基本原理,使他们体会到物理与现代工程技术的密切联系,从而激发学生对实验物理的兴趣。
