利用衍射法自动测量金属的弹性模量AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENT OF ELASTICITY MODULUS OF METAL BY DIFFRACTION METHOD

摘要(Abstract):
采用夫琅禾费衍射原理,发展了一种利用衍射法自动测量金属丝弹性模量的新方法。利用CCD同时获得单缝衍射和单丝衍射图像,编写图像处理程序,对两类衍射条纹进行采集与自动化处理,得到衍射条纹的中央明条纹宽度,分别测量金属丝的微小伸长量和金属丝的直径,从而精确地获得金属丝的弹性模量。衍射法在微小尺度测量上具有较高精度,可用于精确测量金属丝的弹性模量,将光学测量应用于力学量测量,对于培养大学生综合实验技能具有重要作用。
