基于电位差计测量电压法测量金属丝的杨氏模量MEASUREMENT OF YOUNG'S MODULUS OF METAL WIRE BY VOLTAGE MEASUREMENT METHOD BASED ON POTENTIOMETER

摘要(Abstract):
利用直流电流信号发生器,将金属丝受力时长度的微小变化转化为电压的变化,基于电位差计测量电压法原理,改造了用来测量金属丝杨氏模量的实验装置。采取扩展电阻的方法将电位差计电阻丝长度由11m等效增加了37m多,使得仪器灵敏度提高了4倍多。另外,用游标卡尺替换电位差计的刻度尺,增加了仪器的分辨率。使用改造后的电位差计测量了康铜丝的杨氏模量,采用最小二乘法和逐差法对测量的杨氏模量实验数据进行了处理,计算了测量不确定度,并与拉伸法测量的结果进行了对比,测量结果可靠,可作为设计研究性实验进行教学推广和使用。
