一种确定太阳电池特征参数的实验方法AN EXPERIMENTAL METHOD TO DETERMINE THE CHARACTERISTIC PARAMETERS OF SOLAR CELLS

摘要(Abstract):
确定太阳电池的特征参数不仅是建立其电流-电压方程的基础,也是理解太阳电池这一非线性器件的关键。本文提出了一种简单的实验方法,基于太阳电池在非标准测试条件与暗条件下的电流和电压测量结果,通过修正得到了其在标准测试条件下的电流和电压,根据建立的模型得到了太阳电池在标准测试条件下的光电流、反向饱和电流、品质因子、串联电阻与并联电阻五个特征参数,据此得到了太阳电池的电流-电压方程。最后通过比较电流-电压方程的曲线与修正后的测量结果,发现本方法的电流均方根误差小于0.12A,能满足实验的要求。该方法有助于增强学生对太阳电池非线性输出性能的理解。
