摘要(Abstract)：
同伴辅导制是指大学生之间合作，由有经验的一方对另一方提供帮助和支持的机制，国际上已经有数十年的历史，并经研究证实在提高学业成绩、心理支持和新生适应性等方面具有良好效果。高校成功推行同伴辅导制，需要深刻理解其中的教育理论、关注相关研究成果和借鉴已有的实践经验。
