摘要(Abstract)：

文章以参加的11届北京市大学生物理实验竞赛的实践成果,阐述了物理实验竞赛的作用与效果。实践证明竞赛不仅可以激发学生对物理实验的兴趣和潜能,培养学生的创新意识、创新能力与合作精神,而且也可以促进物理实验教学课程体系和教学内容的改革。同时,竞赛也充分调动了教师教好实验课的热情,促进物理实验室的全面建设,提升了物理实验课的地位。
