合成孔径聚焦超声成像的有限元数值仿真SYNTHETIC APERTURE FOCUSING ULTRASOUND IMAGING BASED ON THE FINITE ELEMENT NUMERICAL SIMULATION

摘要(Abstract):
基于有限元数值方法,通过COMSOL Multiphysics软件,从二维角度建立超声相控阵合成孔径聚焦技术(SAFT)仿真成像几何模型,计算得到16阵元OPCM正交异性超声相控阵探头在不同时刻的声场分布图、缺陷回波信号图和缺陷成像,并与超声相控阵仪的实验成像结果作对比,验证了仿真模型的正确性.
