基于自燃对流与三维平板大攻角绕流模型的纸螺旋动力扭矩研究RESEARCH ON DYNAMIC TORQUE OF PAPER SPIRAL BASED ON AUTOIGNITION CONVECTION AND 3D MODEL OF FLAT PLATE FLOW AT HIGH ANGLE OF ATTACK

摘要(Abstract):
本文以蜡烛自燃空气对流与平板大攻角绕流为理论基础,对2022年青年物理学家锦标赛(IYPT2022)设计题“蜡烛动力涡旋机”(Candle Powered Turbine)针对性地开展了理论分析、实验研究和数值模拟分析。本文根据蜡烛燃烧的纹影法图像对蜡烛流场进行简化,建立了蜡烛自燃空气对流模型,并将平板大攻角绕流模型进行推广应用,得到了纸螺旋在蜡烛流场中所受扭矩的理论公式;通过实验探究了环带宽度、轴向倾角对纸螺旋扭矩的影响规律,并获得了最优化参数;对最优化装置进行了CFD数值仿真分析和实验研究,仿真结果和实验结果较好地吻合,验证了本文所提出的纸螺旋在蜡烛燃烧形成的空气对流场中运动的扭矩理论的准确性。本文的贡献是,把燃料燃烧形成的自然对流作为动力应用在旋转装置,对余能利用具有潜在的应用价值;三维平板大攻角绕流模型的建立为雷诺数在10~4~10~6范围内时三维平板类大攻角低速绕流的总压力计算提供了简便的计算方法。
