摘要(Abstract)：

"人才、学科、科研"三位一体创新能力的提升是建设物理学一流学科的核心任务,传统的独立研究生培养模式下的课程体系严重制约了高校创新人才培养和创新能力提升。本文针对高校与科研院所联合培养研究生中存在的问题,结合西南交通大学物理科学与技术学院实际情况,分析了物理学专业研究生联合培养模式的现状,探讨了基于科研项目的研究生联合培养模式下的物理专业课程重构,提出"共同培养,协同创新"的教育理念,优化和完善研究生联合培养课程体系,加强高校与科研院所间的战略合作,提高研究生的创新能力。
