摘要(Abstract)：

在近十年的教学改革实践中，西安交通大学量子力学课程教改、团队建设取得了长足发展，经历了从传统知识传授到优良品行塑造的转变，是新时代立德树人目标指引下教改实践的一个缩影。其中既有对前辈授课经验的继承，也有年轻一代的思考与创新，结合不断涌现的各类新兴教学模式，量子力学教学基本形成了以思辨式教学为特色、通过引导学生进行因果分析、逻辑判断形成正确的世界观为目标的教学新模式。从当前的视角回顾这个过程中，与大家分享改革的体会，为培养德才兼备的时代新人抛砖引玉。
