基于新型水泵流量影响因素的探究RESEARCH ON INFLUENCING FACTORS OF FLOW RATE OF NEW TYPE PUMP

摘要(Abstract):
通过将一根吸管在固定点处剪开并将其塑造为三角形简易水泵,进而研究了其几何形状和其他相关参数对抽水速度的影响。在研究过程中,我们分析了半底角大小、固定转速、容器截面大小等对抽水速度的影响,同时分析了在不同倾斜角度下的阈值转速。我们得出了优化水泵设计的建议,包括采用较大底边长和高度的三角形并以较高的旋转速度操作水泵,以实现更高效的抽水效果以及同时计算出底角大小的最优范围。此外,本文通过COMSOL多物理场软件对该模型进行仿真,采用流体模块得出液体液面速度分布场以及压力场,并且设置出入口以及更改边界条件得到流体流线分布场以及通过加入边界探针测量三角管泵出口流速大小随时间分布。
