基于电子光栅遮光效应的织物编织密度检测方法FABRIC WEAVE DENSITY DETECTION METHOD BASED ON VIRTUAL GRATING SHADING EFFECT

摘要(Abstract):
对光栅遮光效应产生莫尔图案的机理进行了分析,提出了变常数电子光栅的概念,阐述了变常数电子光栅的生成方法,并提出利用图像灰度投影算法、线性拟合及最大偏离值处理等算法准确定位投影曲线的特征峰位置,推导了斜纹织物经纬密度的计算公式;设计并搭建了基于变常数电子光栅的织物经纬密度在线检测系统。采用32种不同颜色、不同编织结构的平纹和斜纹织物进行了经纬密度检测。实验数据表明,对于平纹和斜纹织物的检测准确度均高于99.0%。本文所提出的方法突破了实际物理光栅的限制,避免了复杂耗时的图像处理算法,具有装置结构简单、检测算法高效及适用性强等优点,为织物经纬密度在线检测提供了一种创新的检测方法。
