从光栅衍射到现代纳米晶体观测技术UNDERSTAND THE NANOMETER OBSERVATION TECHNOLOGY BY BASIC OPTICAL KNOWLEDGE OF GRATING DIFFRACTION

摘要(Abstract):
本文从工科大学生现有的光学物理基础知识出发,拓展了大学物理教学内容,逐渐深入介绍现代科研纳米观测技术、X射线衍射以及电子衍射。以开阔大学物理教师的视野为目的,为大学物理教师更好地理解电子衍射和X射线衍射提供帮助,利于教师在工科大学生现有物理基础上讲解现代科研技术,把前沿科学引入教学,把最新科技知识传授给学生,也可以实现教学与科研相长,培养学生的科学素养,以此让学生认识到基础物理学习的重要性,认识到大学物理是前沿科学研究和工程技术的基础,从而提高学生学习大学物理的兴趣。
