基于薄填充床模型的射流折射现象研究STUDY ON THE JET REFRACTION PHENOMENON BASED ON THIN-PACKED BED MODEL

摘要(Abstract):
本文主要研究了射流冲击斜置网面后因下游射流路径发生改变所产生的射流折射现象。在研究中网面被看成一个薄填充床,利用法向压降、切向阻力求出了两个恢复系数并表示出了折射程度的特征量—偏折角。将实验探究与Fluent仿真分析相结合,通过控制流速、射流直径、网面倾角与目数等参数得到了射流折射现象随这些参数变化的规律。结果表明:筛网倾角和目数对偏折现象的影响最明显,目数较高或网面孔隙率较小时还会发生贴网流动和内偏折现象。
