功率型LED结温测量方法的实验研究EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON JUNCTION TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT OF HIGH-POWER LED

摘要(Abstract):
本文基于东南大学物理实验中心研发的LED热学特性实验仪,在仪器原有的脉冲电流法基础上,进一步拓展了小电流法测结温的实验内容,并利用这两种方法研究了LED灯珠在升温与降温过程中的结温变化。此外,实验还通过引入光谱仪测量了不同结温灯珠的发光光谱,探索了利用LED光谱测量结温的方法。该实验引导学生围绕LED结温测量这一工程技术问题,对原有的实验仪器和测量方法进行了开放性的拓展,是将传统验证性实验改造成综合性实验的一个成功案例,有效地激发了学生进行实验物理研究的兴趣。
