大学物理课程模块化教学与敏捷教学模式的探索与实践EXPLORATION AND PRACTICE OF MODULAR TEACHING AND AGILE TEACHING MODE IN COLLEGE PHYSICS

摘要(Abstract):
为保证“中国制造2025”“创新驱动发展”等重大战略顺利实施,国家需要储备大量具有较强创新能力的新兴工程开发及应用人才。高等教育对人才的培养应该服务于国家战略需要,因此,随着人才需求的升级,大学物理课程作为理工科专业的基础课,教学内容、教学模式等也应随之升级。教学内容上要注重与专业学科融合,增加与专业相关的新知识、新技术、新发展的介绍;教学模式上要注重学生知识运用能力和创新能力的培养。本文提出将教学内容划分为基本教学模块和专业个性化教学模块;教学模式上实行敏捷化教学,以问题或项目为导向、以学生能力驱动、学做结合、不断迭代,实现学生实践应用和创新能力的递次提升。
