X射线诊疗创新平台助力医学物理本硕博学生培养INNOVATIVE PLATFORM FOR X-RAY DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT HELPS CULTIVATE UNDERGRADUATE, MASTER'S, AND DOCTORAL STUDENTS IN MEDICAL PHYSICS

摘要(Abstract):
实践教学是提升医学物理人员专业能力和职业素养的重要环节。本文探索一种基于X射线诊疗科研创新平台开展医学物理人才培养的实践教学新模式。通过分析X射线诊疗平台的优势,结合学生课题研究与能力培养,总结培养经验。研究表明学生通过直接参与X射线诊疗平台开发与应用,培养了程序设计与分析、实验设计与动手、科研思维与创新、社会协作与协调能力。所提实践教学模式能教研相长,为培养高素质医学物理学生创新实践能力提供了新的思路。
