可视化劈尖干涉法测金属丝杨氏模量MEASURING YOUNG'S MODULUS OF METAL WIRE BASED ON VISUAL WEDGE INTERFEROMETRY

摘要(Abstract):
本文利用劈尖干涉法测量微小长度量,对杨氏模量测定仪进行改进,借助CCD视像系统增加仪器操作和读数的稳定性、精确性。本文的测量方法设计合理,减小了塑性形变和形变的迟滞特性带来的影响。通过计算结果的误差分析可知,本文的实验设计能精确地计算出金属丝的杨氏模量。该实验原理清晰,装置简单易懂,操作方便,能满足对材料杨氏模量研究,同时为微小长度量的测量提供了新的思路。本次实验设计也是对课堂教学的巩固与拓展,在实验教学案例中具有很好的推广价值。
