麻油中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的太赫兹时域光谱研究QUANTITATIVE DETECTION OF DIBUTYL PHTHALATE IN SESAME OIL BY TERAHERTZ TIME DOMAIN SPECTROSCOPY

摘要(Abstract):
塑化剂极易转移到大气、土壤、水体和食品中,对环境和人体造成极大的伤害。邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)是一种常见的塑化剂,本文以DBP为实验对象,利用太赫兹时域光谱技术(THz-TDS)在室温环境下对麻油及其与DBP的混合物进行检测,得到其在0.3~2.25THz波段的折射率和吸收光谱。利用偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)的方法对不同浓度的混合物的吸收光谱进行建模分析,结果表明麻油中DBP含量与太赫兹波段吸收光谱具有很高的相关性,相关系数R为0.9893,校正最大均方根误差(RMSEC)为0.46%,预测最大均方根误差(RESEP)为1.18%,证明了利用太赫兹时域光谱技术结合PLSR方法能够精确分析麻油中塑化剂含量。
