受力分析提升包装结构稳定性研究——基于材料结构与应力响应的计算模拟STRESS ANALYSIS TO IMPROVE THE STABILITY OF PACKAGING STRUCTURE COMPUTATIONAL SIMULATION——BASED ON MATERIAL STRUCTURE AND STRESS RESPONSE

摘要(Abstract):
为解决塑料食品包装的结构稳定性不足问题,本文从力学角度探究包装结构与受压力时包装最大形变之间的关系,对拱形结构进行受力分析,并使用ANSYS有限元分析系统探究施加相同压力下不同高斯曲率与不同结构的包装的最大形变,设计出可将最大形变减少12.4%的新型拱形包装结构,从理论与数值计算两个方面验证了拱形结构对提升包装结构稳定性的可行性。本实验结果将物理理论与实际应用结合,设计出更稳定的食品包装结构,为包装快递行业提供技术支持与理论参考,以减少因食品过度包装带来的环境污染。
