班级规模对学习成果影响的初步探索A PRELIMINARY EXPLORATION OF THE IMPACT OF CLASS SIZE ON STUDENTS' LEARNING GRADES AT A PUBLIC BASIC COURSE

摘要(Abstract):
高校基础课一般采取合班上大课的情形,班级规模效应对学习的影响是教学需要考虑的一个因素。文章以中国农业大学的公共基础课"大学物理"为例,在授课教师、教学内容、教学方法都相同的情况下,比较了超大班变成大班和小班后的情况,就班级规模效应对学习的影响进行了探索。结果发现,对于内在驱动、自律性极强和极弱的学生,班级规模并不影响其学习效果;以作业、课堂讨论、微课制作讲解、在线测试等开卷方式得到的平时成绩体现不出大、小班的显著差别;闭卷期末考试成绩受到班级规模的影响,小班平均分与最高分都有大的提高。
