摘要(Abstract)：

法国的大学校精英培养体系是建立在预科教育基础之上的。为保证预科教育质量,只有通过全法预科教师资格考试者才能进入预科学校担任主讲教师。本文在介绍法国预科物理教师资格考试总体安排和考核方式的基础上,基于法国预科物理教师考试章程,详细介绍了法国预科物理教师应具备的知识;从备课、讲课、实验三个维度给出了法国预科物理教师应具备的能力;结合作者参加并成功通过法国预科物理教师资格考试的经历,分析了预科物理教师资格考试的考核内容和考核标准的特点,以期为我国大学物理教师的培养提供参考和借鉴。
